There should be some sort of notification system when you place an online order. My expectation is that my order will be ready when I arrive. That seldom happens. I usually call first to make sure someone even knows the order exists. I like the place dont get me wrong...its my spot. But there is room for improvement when it comes to online order processing, notification, and awareness.
