The last 2 people that waited on me were clueless. The last one had no idea what live resin was. They had to google it 😕. They used to do a really good job updating the menu on Weed maps. Now it goes days without one. It’s currently 2 days old. The PV cartridges are almost always sold out. I spent over $500 on carts. Had 2 that went bad/wouldn’t work. I was told tough luck nothing they can do because of COVID. So what do you mean? Before Covid did y’all just try to resell them? Transfer the fluid to another cart? Why is the manufacturer not providing a warranty? How is a defective cartridge any different pre-or post Covid? Why is this information not on your website or at the bottom of my receipt? Why was I not told about this when I was spending almost $600? If I knew that this was the policy I would’ve never bought that many at one time. Luckily the rest were fine. My first experience was great and I really hoped that gauge was going to be my go to place. But honestly now that they’re open and running the customer service is no longer existent.
