Great Dispensary with top tier products but since the start of recreational sales, the service has taken a big hit (still much better than NETA). Made an Express Online order yesterday but was unable to pick it up. I called INSA to ask if they could hold it for me until the morning which they said that would be no problem at all. But when I went to INSA this morning, I was told that they didn't have my order and that they couldn't fill it in person but I was welcome to get at the end of the line and wait for the 80 people in front of me to finish browsing, which i didn't have time for, hence an express pickup order. This is a great dispensary whose organizational structure seems to be really feeling the strain of increased traffic. I hope they improve their online checkout process so i can continue to enjoy their fine wares.
