Express usually is used when some thing or service is sped up to enhance customer experience. Express pick up usually means you walk up and pick up items that are packed and ready for payment or in most industries you pay as well ahead of time so all you have to do is show receipt and receive products and say thank you and have a good day. Now I’m really not trying to be a smart... but I know in my heart that express pick up does not mean show up and get in a hour long line with people who want to shop and browse. BTW associates at location in Springfield are awesome and are super friendly. Thank you
