First... waiting in line, medical patients should go before recreational customers but they don’t.. they let 3 recreational go before medical or online.. Second.. once entering the back there is multiple people walking around not being helped. Took 20 mins to get helped. No greeting upon entering. Sat down for 20 mins waiting to be helped. Third.. I never been to the happy valley location only the Glendale I was getting texts from happy valley location. Went to see about the deals and they would no honor it.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. My husband and I both have our medical cards every where we go they allow us to go in together while we were signing up the guy in the front signed us in together didn’t mention we couldn’t go in the back together which is fine but when my husband hands me the money for mine the guys said we couldn’t do that!!! Never going there again
