Former patient here as many others. This dispensary was awesome since I live in the neighborhood, but now I drive to the suburbs for better service and pricing. The pricing is standard for the city, but often product is very limited and deals are limited as well. The service was great a few times and I'm really happy they seem to be LGBT/Queer friendly, but my first experience really tainted my view of this place. As others have said, it seems to be more of a rec shop just fronting as a med dispensary (Obviously only serving med patients, but that's the vibe here). Also, the recurring text messages are annoying, the deals are often limited and very short lived. On top of that, there is (or at least was advertised when I was a Pt) supposed to be a Pharmacist on staff. That's super awesome, and I'd love to have consultations with them and be able to specialize my medication using science! However, one my 4 or so trips, I was never introduced to them, offered to speak to them or could even pick them out of the "budtenders". I really appreciate the compassion and great service by some of the staff, but as a whole I'd say to steer clear. Will maybe visit again and see how it is at a later date, I really want to give them a chance but they need to take these reviews to heart and fix the issues.
