I placed a rec/adult-use order with Trilogy on Leafly, quickly received confirmation, and it was ready for pickup shortly after. On arrival, the checkin process was quick and easy. There was about a 10 minute wait to get on the sales floor, even with the pre-order, but Trilogy uses an online queueing tool that allows you to watch your place in line and sends text alerts when you're next up. This was great, as it allows you to wait outside or in your car, rather than the waiting area. Once I was called back, the friendly budtender was able to retrieve and review my order with me, ensuring I got all the active deals. Not all deals must be set up on Leafly, as I ended up paying about 20% less than I expected based on my Leafly order.

Pickup experience was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and efficient. I stopped in on a Thursday evening and there were no lines for med or rec. Overall, a solid experience.

Tasty, beautifully packaged, and most importantly consistently effective. 5mg/ea makes it easy to dial in the right dose for the moment. On the pricey side, but worth it.

I placed my Leafly order a few hours before I expected to stop by, but it was confirmed and available within 10 minutes of placing it. I had filled out the standard paperwork on a previous visit, so when I arrived, I showed my ID was immediately sent to the sales floor where my order was waiting for me. My budtender noticed a deal where I could get a gram for a penny, based on the other things I was buying, and was able to add it to my order. All told, I was in-and-out in less than 10 minutes, with an extra gram of fine flower.

A delightful smell: the cedar stands out. It's not overwhelming or flowery. Effectiveness is good. I use it on sore neck muscles and experience a mild warmth, relaxation, and a slight analgesic effect. As an 'Everyday' lotion, I'm quite pleased.

Unfortunately there's no fast-track for pickup orders yet, so I still had to wait in the regular budtender queue. Great flower selection, but concentrate options are limited relative to other dispensaries. Service and location are great, so I'm sure I'll visit Remedy again.

For an Indica, I found King Louis too anxiety-producing to be useful. After vaping a concentrate, desperately wanted to be alone. The anxiety didn't lessen in solitude, however, and this particular cart is now collecting dust.
