Pre-Ordering means nothing. Walk ups get to crowd the lines, while anyone who pre-ordered gets to stand in line with them. Had a reservation for 6-7, got there at 6:30, had a line passed the building, MOST OF WHICH WERE WALK UPS. Told everyone it didnt matter if you pre ordered or not if you dont get in by 7 too bad. Stood in line for 20 min to be told "go home" Very disrespectful to anyone who took time and put in a pre order. They shouldn't let walk ups come that late, let alone let them in before the pre orders. WHATS THE POINT OF PRE ORDERING IF IT MEANS NOTHING!!!!! FIX THIS
