I had a problem with my Vape pen yesterday and they made me sit in the lobby for 20 minutes and completely ignored me after I spoke to the redheaded female manager and long haired bud tender about the purchase I made 5 minutes ago. My vape pen was not hitting. They stood and talked for 10 minutes and ignored me. She walked out and he left for lunch. another 10 minutes before I spoke up for myself. I will never go there again.
