My first visit was when they started curbside pickup due to the pandemic. I checked their website and found a lot of helpful information about what I would need to be established as a patient there, and got through to the pharmacist very quickly over the phone for my remaining questions. Their curbside service was efficient, and the staff was polite and knowledgeable.

I visited NETA in Northampton, MA in the spring of 2019. I ordered some prerolls and gummies through the website and had an email that they were ready for pickup in 30 minutes. All products were great quality and the line was only a 5 minute wait. Overall, a great experience and I'll be sure to stop by here the next time I'm in town!

I visited Theory Wellness in Great Barrington, MA at the end of May 2019. Overall best experience I've had out of the handful of recreational dispensaries I've been to. I purchased a few White Knuckles Pre-rolls, Incredibles Peanut Buttah Budda Bar, and some gummy edibles by Theory Wellness. All products were great and the staff was very knowledgeable. A 45 minute wait wasn't bad for a Saturday night, but even then the staff exercised excellent crowd control and would walk through the line with a menu and answer any questions about the products or their availability. Until New York State's medical program allows a larger variety of products or recreational becomes legal there, I'll be coming back for more!

I visited Silver Therapeutics in Williamstown, MA this past summer, and was somewhat disappointed with the overall experience. Positives: No wait, quick service, and in a easy to find location. Negatives: The two budtenders on staff weren't very knowledgeable on the product and seemed disinterested/not excited to be there. I purchased an 8th of Mint Chocolate Chip, and found it to be underwhelming. There was a dead dry leaf still attached to a bud, and both potency and flavor weren't worth the price of $55 + 20% tax.

I visited Temescal Wellness in Pittsfield, MA this past summer and had a great experience. The budtender that cashed me out was polite and had good knowledge of the product and regulations. Both products I purchased (Rhythm Strainbow .3 ml disposable vape and an 8th of Hells Fire X Purple Punch) were great. The HFxPP cross flower easily became one of my favorite potent indica dominant strains.
