While looking through Diems strains and reviews, about to place an order, I found something EXTREMELY concerning. John from Diem replied to a reviewer that “their records indicated that she had not shopped here.” Wait, records on a cash sale? There is absolutely no reason to keep records of what individuals have purchased, and is a huge violation of a customer relationship. Do you want your dispensary tracking and selling your purchasing history? Because Diem is DEFINITELY keeping records. I’ve talked to multiple dispensaries in the area, and this is not standard. Be very wary of this place. I also think there may be some HIPAA privacy violations if this is the way they treat customer data. Shop elsewhere.

Great selection of house-grown flower, available in 1/8s and pre-rolls. I also got some of my favorite edibles here and can’t wait to try their other products. They also use green packaging, big plus for me!

Top dispensary in the state. A lot of the others are money grabbers, but GoodChem is passionate about quality and care.

Phenomenal selection and flower quality. The edibles and concentrates are on par with MA prices, but I haven’t tried them. Knowledgeable staff and great environment. Parking is a little tough, but that’s downtown Worcester.

Multiple trips to this dispensary. It has the highest prices, smallest selection of strains and products, and all the strains available on the menu were <18%THC. Not available in grams, and many of the strains were not grown by Cultivate, but Sira, or Bask, or Insa. Parking is the least convenient out of all the rec stores, and has the longest wait (still averaging about an hour). Also, they advertise for Leafly Pickup, but don’t utilize the service. Finally, they don’t update their menu or answer the phone, so it’s a guessing game until you make it into the store. I’d almost recommend driving the extra 2 hour round trip to Insa, where the only wait is in your car...
