I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY LIFE!! I normally shop here regularly. I don’t know the guys name but he’s normally there and is always soo nice and excellent with customer service. I placed an online order today which was not ready when I got there. But was told they were understaffed. When the parking lot was empty!!!! I thought they were closed it was so empty. So why was my order not ready and then told understaffed. Ok that’s fine we’ll moving along I was told they did not have the weed I ordered. So I asked for a substitute which is normally what they do when they are out. BRANDON goes on to tell me that my order is way more than what I was quoted online. He did not say it would be more or less when I tried to address it he proceeded with attitudes and saying I’m not giving you anything for freee. I didn’t ask for anything free. Needless to say I will NEVER come back to this place. Thanks to your RUDE Employee Brandon!!!!
