I walk in at 3:35 (they close at 4) and was asked if I was a new patient to the compassion center. I answered that I was and had just driven two hours from Massachusetts to get here! I was then told it was to late and I had to leave and that the website stated I had to be there by 3:30. I had already checked the website- and then after the visit scoured the website and found nothing that said this. I am absolutely disgusted by my treatment and will make sure to tell every patient of the horrible customer service I have received. I have been to many compassion centers and never had such an atrocious experience.
