I have been with Trulieve since day 1. Their product is amazing IF you can get your hands on it. The reps are just so nice. However Even if ordering online it’s an 1 - 1/2 hr wait. If you want to order now it’s a 4 day wait for delivery where it use to be next day or the following day and they are the only ones to still charge a $25 delivery fee. It is so hard to get the product now but it’s the only one of the market that actually works for me. You could alleviate a little by getting rid of the delivery fee and hire a ton of drivers. I don’t have time to drive an hour sit an hour and drive an hour back each week. Parking can hardly be found anymore either. Trulieve should really focus on fixing the major issues instead of getting edibles and new products. Slow that down and get us the product at a decent time frame. I have been to about 5 in Florida and they are all the same wait times!
