Today was my first visit and I can say I will DEFINITELY be back! I went around 945/10am, and there were people but not too crowded. Not enough for an outside line. I did see that they had separate lines for Med, Rec, and online orders. Check in was easy and front lobby staff was friendly. They have separate menus for Med and Rec patient, and Med patients can order online. As a medical patient, I totally appreciated all this! Inside was super cool! I like they allow you to walk around while you wait for your turn. They had some pretty dope merch in their. My budtender was Sarah. She was super nice, knowledgeable, and patient. Sarah took the time to answer any and all questions I had and I didn’t feel rushed at all. It’s been hard finding a decent dispo since the Rec changes happened so fast, but Natures Medicines is a doing it right! Good prices, good budtenders, good location... I’ll be back for sure!

I use to loooooove going to Bloom! It was my go to spot forever! Especially with the great cart and preroll deals. However, since they went medical so much has changed and not for the better. Quality, customer service, and even online services have depleted and after having ANOTHER online order cancelled and being skipped in line for a rec Patient that came after me... I will no longer be coming here. I hope you guys can get back to the awesome place you were before all these quick and impulsive changes occurred.

The staff at HWC is always so great! It’s really the reason that I go there. Everyone is so friendly, talkative, knowledgeable, and the product here is amazing! However, lately due to COVID, the online or express service has been slow. I waited over 2 hours after receiving my text my online order was ready. I live on the opposite side of town and was really bummed out to know I had driven all the way for a pick up, and still had to wait such an extended period of time. I know and understand the backup and wait is probably due to the COVID, but this was a little extreme for a pick up order and I haven’t experienced this at any other dispensary during this COVID/online/express pick up era we are in. Again, the staff of HWC themselves are fantastic!!!! From security to budtender, they totally are! But something needs to be adjusted for the online/express order system.
