Sam was my bud tender and she was most kind, patient, and helpful during my first trip to this dispensary. As all service industry workers should be allowed, I tried to leave a tip for her but apparently company policy at Verilife does not permit it. This was not my experience at other medical dispensaries in the Chicagoland area, service industry workers DESERVE to be tipped. Dispensary was great, but Verilife needs to change their company policies to provide for tipping for its hardworking staff members.

Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and relatable. Liked how the end total was an even dollar amount because taxes are incorporated in such a way to prevent a mess of change.

Budtenders we’re knowledgeable, positive, and enthusiastic in their recommendations. Would recommend to anyone!
