THE PEOPLE LIE ABOUT WHAT THEY OFFER HERE. I went here two days ago for the first time I’ve been to almost every dispensary store front from Kittery all they up to B&B over by Standish/sebgo lake area. So I give every place a far chance there might be something great about one place that another doesn’t have. Personally I’m a veteran I use for PTSD/ Paine and much more. I buy lots of concentrate so always looking for good deals on good concentrates. I usually can get a 14 gram jar for around 280 something. If anyone knows any deals let me know. I came here because they have live badder for 25 a gram great price and the stuff taste amazing I really liked and it’s sad that I don’t want to ever go back here again because of this. So I go the other day get two grams and ask if they do a free pre roll for first time customers he says no they don’t, if you spend 100 dollars you get a free pre roll he says. So I think it’s a gray idea for people to let first time customers get a free pre roll gives them a chance to sample the flower. So I buy two grams and I buy a pre roll. I came back in today and got a half oz of their GMO and four grams of badder. It comes out to over 200 with discount around 184 so I ask about the free pre roll and the guy at first tries to make it sound like they do it for first time customers and I told him I was in here two days ago and he said first time customers don’t get anything if you spend 100 or more you get one. Then the guy says oh no he’s wrong we don’t do that we are give these chocolates away right now. So I make it clear I don’t really want the chocolates and I was expecting a pre roll per what the last guy said. The guy can tell I’m upset and then says so do you even want the chocolates. Not I’m sorry sir or this time we will give a free pre roll because that’s what you were told by an employee. No he just starts getting smart with me because he knows I’m upset. You can have your employees tell people things and then when they come in they change it however they want. If anything just because the other guy told me that they could have did a one time thing and said this weeks special is the chocolates but we will do this for you this one time since our employee told you that and they could have kept the chocolates. If you can’t stand to to your word then what is this world coming to we can just tell people whatever they want and when that do what we say just change it up to venous however we want. So you guys just lost a lot of business I was going to go in tomorrow and get 14 more grams of concentrate now I guess green Truck Farms will be getting my business. It would have been so easy to just fix all this to you could have done what the kid that was working the first time I came said you guys do and just gave me the pre roll and kept your chocolates. I buy 14 plus grams of concentrate a week and whatever flower I get too and you guys just lost out over a pre roll. You all need to get your customer service together because it’s horrible right now.

I went here for the first time the other day with just normal expectations. I got an eighth of their pull and and snap and an eighth of their most expensive Cake Kush flower. Thinking this was too quality stuff especially since it was the most expensive eighth they had. I put some in my grinder rolled a joint and noticed it tasted like a seed I was smoking. So I break the rest up by hand and pull another 12 seeds out of an eighth of bud. So I try to msg them and let them know their most expensive bud has tons of seeds in it without having to do a review like this. They don’t respond or say anything back to me. I was very polite and nice to wasn’t rude or anything about it. I thought this was going to be a great place was really excited about that but they have proven to be not so great. When you get an eighth that’s 50 dollars you expect their to be no seeds in it and it would have been nice to even just get a “thanks for letting us know.” Or something. So I really hope this helps someone else out there not get screwed over on their medicine. I have a limited amount of money like I’m sure most people do and I’m sure they are not looking to get screwed with what they choose to spend their hard earned money on.
