I didn’t quite get satisfaction today and I want to explain exactly why. First of all check in was great starting from the parking lot. I am a medical customer and I needed to go somewhere that opened at 8 because I had to borrow my roommates car before she had to leave for work. I have a new iPhone and I am still used to an android and the people outside were all helpful. I had chosen to go to Sol rather than The Good because I wanted to find out how I get the T shirt. A few minutes go by and Desiree comes helps me place an order, but I forgot to ask her about the Tshirt but I told her I wanted 2 of the $25 1/8ths of the 501st OG which said it tested at 21.97% THC for that price. I also asked for some edibles and she recommended Good Things Coming Gummies. I honestly thought she said the 250 mg packs were $16 and I picked both flavors that were available at that price plus package of Select Gummies that I thought were the same dosage as GTC. I had 3 packs of gummies and 2/8 of weed and I was told it was around $74. Then I waited my turn for a bud tender. When it was my turn I asked about the free shirt Thursday or whatever the email said. I had looked to see if there was anything about the shirt and I didn’t see it, but I did see the menu. I spent quite awhile trying to order online through your website and then realized I was supposed to do it on Leafly, but when I went to Leafly I could only find the Sol on University which doesn’t open until 10. I finally just decided to drive down there. I asked the Bud Tender, Sidney what I needed to buy to get the shirt and he asked employee named Kevin said I needed a certain $ amount of the Good Things Coming. I asked them to take off one of the 1/8ths of Flower which is $25 and adding 2 more of the Good things Coming gummies and I asked if that was enough. He said it was close enough and I got my shirt, paid my new total of $102 after my Senior Discount. When I got home I opened up my bag I only had my original 3 bags of gunmies and I started reading the packages. I was now paying for only 100 mg and I am sure Desiree had said it was 250 mg packs, but I saw that I had paid $28.80 for the 2 Good Things Coming packs. The other pack by Select was only $14.40 and it actually contained 150 mg plus I had my 1/8 of flower. I called and I talked to Brandon on the phone and I explained what happened and he said bring it back in and my roommate said I had exactly a half hour to go fix this before she went to work. When I came back I asked for Brandon, but I got Kevin the guy who was helping my Bud Tender. Kevin started to be argumentative until I showed him that he never gave me the extra items I paid for to get the shirt. I told him I thought he should give me another shirt in the other color because I shouldn’t have had to come all the way back to get my stuff and I was borrowing her car. Kevin refused to give me another shirt even though the shirt isn’t even close to $28.80 worth of merchandise that Kevin may or may not have done on purpose. He offered to give me a bunch of points or credits. I asked him to please call a manager more than once and he refused and cited inventory as his reason for not trying to make up the extra trip I made. Then he had the nerve to say that he practically gave me the shirt because I didn’t meet the requirements that I never saw when I could have easily traded the Select Gummies for another Good Things Coming and met it. I believe he was too lazy to trade the last one and so lazy that he never even got my stuff. I hope to shop here again because most of the service was excellent. One more thing about today’s visit. Kevin didn’t have a stapler so he took my merchandise and stapled it in the back room and came out with it stapled shut which I found a little curious. Thanks JoJo

I love it. I got it as a pre-roll in 2 gr 2 pk and I found it to be excellent for nighttime. I feel a little couch lock and I only smoked about a third of joint.

I absolutely love this location especially for its convenience, both to public transportation and the freeway so it is extremely accessible.

I came in as a new patient today and the special and I wanted to use the BOGO concentrate on a couple cartridges and I really needed it to be the inexpensive ones because I am low on money until the 3rd of the month. I need Indica and there was no Indica available in the $20 cartridges so I asked if they had any 1:1 cartridges and I was told "Everyone wants those. We are out!" So in order to get an Indica Cartridge I had to buy a $40 cartridge 80% THC 500 and I got a hybrid for my daytime cartridge. I am unhappy with the selection of cartridges. I also asked about delivery while I was in there and was told that they do deliver and that the price could vary starting at about $7. They do not accept debit for purchase, but there is an ATM on site. I had cash so I do not know the fee.

I got my card today 5/17/2018 and SWC Tempe is the first dispensary I have been in. I had searched reviews of dispensaries near me and this was the closest and it had very positive reviews. I studied the menu online and looked at all the offerings and read all the reviews of the the strains with the most stars and the descriptions people gave of the experience. I chose Wookies OG #8 which had 4.9 stars and the proper amount to treat my conditions. First, the lobby area had about 4 or 5 people in it and there are plenty of benches and a debit machine. They deliver to your home if you live in Tempe, (not to Mesa fur some reason.) I filled out brief a 1 page front & back registration form and gave the pleasant gentleman my AZ driver's license and brand new Medical Marijuana Card! A fellow patron and I struck up a conversation and he recommended a muscle rub that they still there. I told him maybe next time because I just shelled out for the certification card. When I was called I was greeted enthusiastically by a young wo5. She did tell me her name, but I forgot and I can't find it on the receipt! She is wonderful! She explained the brand new New Patient Special where I could buy up to 1/4 of flower and get 1/4 free. I decided to get 1/4 Wookies OG #8 and I asked what she thought based on what I told her the doctor had recommended and the effect I need. She told me I would love Dr Who so I got that. When I got home I took a whiff of each one and looked at the size of the buds. Dr Who is large buds. I decided to grab a bud of each and mix them together. I couldn't wait to roll a j3 so I stuffed some in little pipe! I felt transformed on the first hit and after about 3 I was able to just sit and relax on my couch and be in head without feeling the constant pain. I think the amount I got should last a week or two. I do need to take subsequent hits when the brain focus starts to fade and the pain returns. I am going to try to see how long I can go between light-uos and quantity of product for effective chronic pain control for cost purposes. Speaking of costs. It was $77 for 1/4 and I got 1/4 free. Total a little over $83 after tax! I am very happy with the location and the service! Thank SWC JoJo
