Absolutely terrible service. They would not accept my medical card from the state registry website because I did not have the physical card and tried to tell me it’s the law in Michigan that you have to have a physical card. (Which this is not the law in any state) I gave my ID to them 4 times and they scanned it once however the female receptionist insisted that they did not scan my card. She refused to allow me to enter without giving her my ID again. I asked for the support number and they gave me a text line. How unprofessional first off and secondly you lost my business that you never even had to begin with. I left and went down the road and purchased my medicine with my medical card from the registrar website and paid less.
