The staff is super friendly. I'd rate them 5 stars on that alone. Even the security guys are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable while you wait. What drags them down to 3 stars is that the place is a revolving door of budtenders, none of whom seem to be very knowledgeable with the exception of Olivia. Sure, they use cannabis, and may have some basic knowledge on strain info, but no one but Olivia can seem to apply any of their "training" into real life advice when helping me select the best cannabis products. I've been to a dispensary in Michigan few times and the budtenders' knowledge far surpassed what you'll get from anyone but Olivia at Terrasana. That's pretty scary, considering how astronomically expensive their subpar to average quality bud is. Speaking of, I'm getting fed up with buying dried out flower so crusty it practically disintegrates when I touch it. This is regardless of brand, strain, etc. Idk where this prob originates, but this dispensary is the one common denominator.

Staff is super friendly, and while very knowledgeable about strains, they're totally in the dark about the quality of products they carry. I drove over 7 hours round trip to buy 12 Galactic Meds carts at $50/each, totaling over $600. EVERY CARTRIDGE LEAKED EVERYWHERE during use except one. The one cartridge that didn't leak only didn't bc it failed to work at all. So, I drove 7+ HOURS and spent over $600 FOR NOTHING. TWO WEEKS later and ALL MY MEDICINE IS GONE. It should have lasted me TWO MONTHS. This is only my 2nd trip here. My first time I bought 26 Unicorn Tears carts. 3 of those carts didn't work at all, either. When I got home from this trip and realized the first cart I tried didn't work, I called and tt Julian (this was before I knew, of course, that all of them leaked.) He explained that there are issues at times due to mass production of the carts, and that he'd make it right next time I came in. While I understand it's not Holistic Health Wayne's fault, I feel like it's their responsibility what they choose to sell. They choose to stock these items. I'll have to see how they "make it right" to determine whether or not I'll ever come back here after all this.
