Caliva Delivery

Caliva’s customer service person just contacted me and tried to blame Caliva’s delivery errors on the driver because she was deaf. I find this extremely offensive. Do not call your customers and blame the poor Caliva experience on a handicapped driver!! This was Caliva’s error and it has nothing to do with the driver. I am appalled that Caliva employees would try to blame this on the driver. There’s lots of delivery dispensaries in the Bay Area and this is the second poor experience I’ve had with Caliva, please don’t waste your time with them
