I’ve always loved going to Ballpark to get all my cannabis essentials until more recently.
They don’t offer any menus or anything really to look at when deciding what you want. You just go right up to the budtender and are put on the spot to just start taking forever to look through every item they have. (This happens all the time in there, waits are very long) They also don’t allow the use of cellphones while you’re in line, which is uncommon among dispensaries at this point. People want to pop on Leafly to view the menu to make it easier but they can’t.
Want to order ahead? For now, it seems like they’ve stopped doing this. Even so, I had tried my luck a few times with their pickup service and each time I would walk up to the budtender and tell them my name and they’d give some poor excuse as to why they didn’t receive it and to “just tell me what you want man”. I had another instance where I reserved a specific strain, 4 gram bucket and when I went to pick it up I was told by the budtender that they ran out of that strain (which I had reserved) and offered different strains at the same price.
It’s always a headache going into this place and I felt like writing a review would at least help some people from dealing with this place. You can do all the browsing you want if you go at like 8am on a Sunday morning but still, just poor service.
