At one time (when this was Holistic) this was my favorite dispensary. Since the name change & moving downstairs they have slowly been losing all the – we care about our patients – attitude that made this place special. I've been coming here for years, so I brought my 2 sisters here. The budtender I got on a particular visit was extremely condescending. When I said I micro-dose, he proceeded to explain to me how to take what I was buying. If I know what micro-dosing is, I don't need you to explain it to me. The next visit, I called before I went. I wanted one thing. The person on the phone said they had plenty in stock. So, I drove down there & they were out. They made up lots of excuses why they were out. They said I could buy what I wanted from the more expensive recreational side (then you're not really out are you?). They tried to up-sell me with something I didn't really want while not listening to what my need was. It was a very bad situation & I left with nothing. Recently, was very likely my last visit to Joyology. The website doesn't seem to be updated much. I've been asking for CBD honey sticks for well over a month. The website says they have them, every time I ask for them, at the store, they say they're out. The budtender (Aaron) was very matter of fact, retail in a rush to move me through. The entire place has gotten, let's just move people through as fast as possible, make the money, hurry, hurry.

The entire place has gotten, let's just move people through as fast as possible, make the money, hurry, hurry. Also, this is an indoor retail establishment, where are their masks? The personality is really gone and so is the desire for personal safety.

They seem to be out of Amazing Edibles a lot which is a brand I really like. I don't buy flower very often, on 4-20 I bought wedding cake. They were little tiny nuggets as opposed to big buds. Very disappointing & not what I expect from GG. Budtender was ok but they need more info in general about CBD products & what's in them. Their knowledge of herbals in general is rather lacking. Love the specials & being up on when they are having sales.

Very homey and personal experience. Miles took his time and answered questions. They are very knowledgeable about product. Great deals for 1st time patients. Make sure and check this place out.

Really sucks! Prices are high compared to other places and the budtenders are personality minus. 1st time I ever walked into a place and walked out with all my cash.
