Love this place except one thing I find disgusting. They have a tip jar. I don’t go there often because it makes it feel like I’m at a bar. I go there for medical issues. I avoid it because I’m not at the bar. Pay your employees and remove the tip jar. We haven’t legalized it in Florida yet and most people have spent thousands in the first year for pain relief. We end up with non-returnable items we can’t use. Come to find out, the patches can’t be cut either because they are “encapsulated. “ If I can find a better option for gels, I won’t return.

Almost all the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. Love their patches but not the wintergreen smell. Clean, modern location.
