Love this place and the staff. However, I pre-order online. You do not list the THC% on your products, so it's impossible to make an educated purchase. For that reason only, I have stopped shopping your company. It's a disservice to your customers to not list the THC% on your menu.

I love your staff, and the shop is beautiful. You do however sell disgstingly OLD product. I just bought the CHerry Vanilla Cookies by Bluestar.... It was made and tested in 2019!!!!!!!!!!!! That is so wrong. Why would you sell product so old and no longer safe to consume? Do you know how harmful it is to sell concentrates that old? It is too bad the owners of this company do not care about the health, safety or concern of their consumers. Please don't comment that I am mistaken.. I have the container and receipts. STOP SELLING TWO AND THREE YEAR OLD PRODUCTS!!!

Sunset Sherbet $7 is not 28%, it's 20%. I do wish that was changed on the menu as I would have purchased a different product. Beautiful shop. Wonderful staff. Amazing product.

If you're going to offer pre-order for pickup, you should list the thc/cbd % It's odd that you offer pickup but don't take the time to list thc/cbd... Seems just kinda lazy.

When nectar first hit the scene they were awesome! Thought for sure they would be the standard. Oh how wrong I was. They really lost their way. The "deals" are terrible. Their sale price is what most dispensaries just charge everyday. Seriously nectar charges so much more for the same product found elsewhere. AVO flower... Should be illegal to sell. If you are new to the Portland area, there are so many places to go to first, then try a nectar and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Excellent price point for lower THC flower. The best prices in Portland in that regard. Way too expensive for concentrates and cartridges. Don't go there for these products are you'll pay way way more than you should or would at another shop. The staff is the friendliest and most knowledgeable around. Seriously great people. I wish they updated their menu. Right now it's over two weeks old. So that isn't good for the consumer. More than likely what's listed is long gone. If you're looking for a friendly shop that has awesome prices for lower/mid level THC, this place can't be beat. If you're looking for a current menu or concentrates, this isn't your spot.

I can't believe Kaleafa allows this location to run the way it does. Just terrible. Menu is always outdated. THC % on menu doesn't match what's sold. If you try to use the pre-order you can't order cartridges or pre-rolls because they don't list any. The employees get high on the clock on the property. They close earlier than the listed time. The phone number listed isn't even to the correct location. Seriously Kaleafa, do you even give a sh*t about how horrible this location does?

Seriously the worse budtenders I have ever experienced. Literally no cannabis knowledge at all. Thankfully I'm educated enough to know what flower is what, because if I hadn't, I would have been sold a strong indica being offered as a sativa. The flower they have is amazing at the price they sell it. Truly amazing prices. Buuuuut, no online menu (how the hell do you have a dispensary in Portland, and NOT have your menu online?) is a huge mistake on their part and certainly cost them business. Get your act together! Hire actual budtenders that know what they're talking about, and get your menu online. Or go under in a year.
