My friends and I would go to New Amsterdam exclusively for wax. The employees are friendly and helpful. All of my product has been great and tasty until recently I purchased the Silver bullet shatter. The shatter was extremely stuck to the wax paper and hard to get off even after freezing. I tried to contacted NA about it through Instagram and got no response. A week goes by and I'm in need of some wax. Hit up NA on my way home and pick up the Mad Scientist shatter. Same scenario, the shatter is extremely hard to get off the paper, but I'm still able to get a dab off. Not wanting to go through this again I go to New Amsterdam with the product and receipt and explain the the situation that has happened twice in a row now. The employee came back after speaking to the manager telling me that it is my fault the shatter is stuck to the paper and I didn't store it in the freezer. I tell them that I've never ever had a problem with the wax at all being frozen or not ( even in the hot summer). I have always been able to open it up and in one piece pick it up and put it in my separate storage container. She goes and speaks to the manager again comes back and asks if I want to exchange it ; obviously. She goes in the back again for a bit and whom I assume is the manager emerges. She then proceeds to tell me again, that its my fault, the shatter is stuck to the paper. On top of that they will not exchange it because I had attempted to pick at it and it is not a full gram, so they will not get credit from their seller from the exchange. (MATRIXNV). What I gathered from this experience was that despite the fact that New Amsterdam is the shop I mostly go to, is they are not willing to help me out for an issue that happened twice in a row and also try and make me think it was my fault the product was hard to work with despite me never having a problem with it. That is not the kind of morales in a bussiness model I want to put anymore money towards. That being said New Amsterdam will no longer see my friends and my bussiness anymore. -Oku
