This spot is way better now that Story took over. The deals are better, the promos are awesome and they have reward points. Everything on point

Richard was an absolute gem. I came in for my birthday promo and he was so kind, very thorough even though the place is packed. I love this location and the staff is amazing!

I'm not visiting any zen leaf location again. The staff is lovely, the actual dispensary policies are garbage. Points expire after 90 days and can only be viewed when downloading the app? The staff cant access or view our points anymore?! No thanks. Awesome staff, great product, garbage policies. There are plenty of other dispensaries, just beware for this chain

I love Curaleaf, just going to limit my visits at this location. The only redeeming thing is the security guards here. Subpar flower, customer service is meh from the budtenders. Still 2nd best veterans discount in the valley (HOC is #1, 22%)

Kenneth was super helpful with my order today. He was so patient and very kind. His energy made my night, that was the smoothest order I've ever picked up. I didn't even have to ask about my discount, he just gave me the total. I love this location!

I already love Sol Flower & my shopping experience with Jamie W today was exactly on par. She was super knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I recently moved further south and was sad I'd be so far from the Sun City location: those worries were evaporated. Thank you so much Jamie W & all the staff at this location 💚💖

My order was canceled with no explanation given. None of the notification texts came through, I was told my order was canceled once I got up to the counter AFTER I updated my medical card. Which I was informed to do by the intake rep from building 1. I went to building 2 and the receptionist updated my information and apologized for the wait. The budtender was very nice and he was very patient while giving me the update and the follow up of asking what I'd like to order. Since no reason was given for my pick up order being canceled, I left. Thanks for letting me know the following from my most recent visit: 1. How you feel about mmj female veteran patients 2. That my money is no longer good there

Not sure what was going on Memorial day weekend. The walk in Rec and Medical patients were being served before the pick up line and the rep outside checked my medical card 3 times before I finally left and cancelled my order. Never had these issues at curaleaf bell, I won't be returning to this location for quite some time. That was unacceptable, I plan my errands before my work day and that put a huge dent in them. Ended up going to HOC Phoenix and they were able to get me in and out. Plus they're vet discount beats curaleaf's current medical discount. Hope yall get it together

HUGE shout out to the budtenders at this facility. They displayed amazing teamwork helping Ms Ida with my order and the friendly atmosphere truly made my day. Today's experience will bring me back for sure, even the security guard has exemplary customer service
