clean, respectful, professional, knowledgeable and overall just a very nice set up. They have a ton of products and always top notch no matter what. If it's your first time, don't forget to bring your medical card/papers with you as well as a piece of photo I.d One of the best shops in Ottawa. Very legit and not sketchy what's so ever. It's also located in a industrial part of town so it's sucluded.
