I really only come to this dispensary based on the customer service Iman gave me. She’s extremely knowledgeable about all the flower and overall a pleasure and very easy to deal with. Hope she starts running the store if she is not already.

Justin and Ashley are extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the flower. A big reason I travel to greenhouse!

I live about 30 minutes away and come based off the service from Mario and Simmi. Mario recommended different flower based on my previous visits. Once Mario helped with my order Simmi came and recommended another flower and it was well worth the recommendation. Thank you both Simmi and Mario. Their flower selection is very solid amongst other dispensaries in MD.

Big fan of Columbia Care. Jasmine has been taking my orders last few months and she’s extremely professional and knowledgeable about ALL products.

Came in and was greeted by Jennifer who was very structured and organized and got me signed in as a first time patient extremely fast. Met Ishmel and he was extremely knowledgeable on all the flower. He made my purchase and experience exceptional and this is also after visiting Greenhouse Wellness in Columbia, Liberty and Veriflife in Rockville and herbiculture in burtonsville. I travel to all the dispensaries in md and this is one of my favorites

I called Friday and spoke to Valerie, she was awesome and since I called she reserved an 8th of blissful. I’m about an hour away in Silver Spring. I came in right when they opened, as a new patient I understand they had to create me within the system. Four people came in AFTEE and did not wait. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes prior to going back. Once I got back, I asked to speak to Valerie and thank her for holding the flower. India rudely said she’s busy. Waited another 10 minutes to check out my flower. I saw Valerie on my way out the store and told her I just traveled an hour and was not happy with the service. Little disappointed in Curio customer service.

I got my med card about 2 years ago. My first flower was Captains Cake by Curio. For the past 2 years, Curio has been consistently been delivering top tier flower and this is over Grassroots, HMS, and Verano. I recently purchased some flower from Curio and followed up with Curio on the batch received. Without hesitation Curio’s customer service is fast, friendly and extremely helpful! I spoke to Rebecca R. from Curio and she has a long time customer after the service provided and speedy response.

I called right as they were about to close at 7pm. Erica and Dale were nice enough to stay and recommend strains even after they were suppose to be off the clock. Huge thank you to Dale and team!
