My go to place since they opened. Always have the Best quality and competitive prices. They all remember me and welcome me by my first name as I walk in. Great atmosphere, even better flower. Only shop in Eugene/Springfield I visit anymore. Keep up the good vibes, and I'll be a customer for life. Thanks for being there guys and gals

Quality is always on point but it's really irritating that they find it necessary to overcharge folks. Asked to have an eighth split between 2 same shelf flowers, which they were cool with. But why charge me the full eighth price when you only gave me 3 grams? And that was AFTER they said they'd give me a small discount since it was the end of the jar of one flower type. So, in the end I paid full price AND got shorted on product. Ive been going there for 5 years or more but after this, they have just lost a long time customer.

Ever heard of updating your menu? If you sell out of a product, pull it off your menu. Plain and simple. Oh wait, it's probably too difficult. Don't waste your time going to this place.

I have been to this establishment twice previously and was impressed with quality, pricing and selection of flowers that not many places in town can match. Based on those 2 visits, this place gets 5 stars, hands down. I attempted to make my 3rd visit tonight. The menu clearly states, open til 10pm 7 days a week. I arrived at 9:15pm to a locked door. not how to build a good customer base. I could potentially be a 3-5 time/week customer but if I can't rely on the place to be open a their hours clearly state, I will take my business elsewhere. Giving this place one more chance, simply because of my first 2 visits. I'm hoping I'm not disappointed again because I really want to like this place.

I've been coming here for over a year and it's always consistent. Quality top and mid shelf flowers and competitive prices. The budtenders are always polite and except for a singular instance in the early days, I have never felt rushed, whether it is busy or not. I will continue to frequent this establishment and I would recommend you come check it out if you haven't been here yet.

I went in this evening for a specific strain. Was talking with the bud tender about that strain and 2 others, and through the conversation there was a miscommunication and I was given the wrong strain. When I got home I noticed the issue and called them up. I was simply told, sure come on down and we'll make it right. That's just what they did. I'm glad to be a customer of Eugene OG. They take care of their customers and that can't be said for many places in the area. Truly one of my 2 go to places in the county. Keep on keepin' it OG!!!
