I have been going to this Henderson location for over a year, and I end up getting banned the first and only time I talk to the owner. So, his employee gives me the wrong product, and I have to go back to exchange it. This "man", Chris, was so rude about the whole situation, it was shocking. He tells me that it is my fault, "for not checking the bag". What business owner says that to a customer, after their employee makes a mistake? Wow, lol. I tell him that "I should not have to check the bag", and he took offense and got rude, and would not leave me alone. I tried ignoring the guy, and he keeps talking and talking. Then, the next time I go there, the employee tells me "I am 86'ed". I ask for what, and he lies and says he cannot say and it is not because of the situation I mentioned. LOL. So, I suggest going some where else, if you expect a professional business, with employees that treat with you respect and kindness. And, if you happen to be unlucky, like I was, do not expect an apology, or any reimbursement for wasting your money and time, to go back to the damn store.
