I ordered without knowing anything about the company. The information on the website seemed to suggest that the delivery would be sent out next day (ordered on Sunday, and no mention of Sunday deliveries that I could find). To my surprise, the delivery came within hours as they are local to me. Unfortunately, what I received was not what I ordered. I immediately called the company and they were extremely apologetic and very helpful. They are resolving the issue same day. The only reason I'm writing this review is because honestly I'm still amazed by the customer service. Nikki deserves a raise.
