Stopped in for my first visit today and was extremely impressed with both the quality offered and the knowledge of the budtender who helped me out, Anthony. This guy knew his stuff, and provided some awesome recommendations to compliment what I already had in mind. It’s always great when you know your budtender actually smokes and knows what top shelf is - I’m so tired of going to other stores and getting low quality recommendations to move their old inventory. Not here! They also offered a 20% discount for first time customers who sign up for their rewards. Members get 15% off every time they shop - these guys want your business (multi-state with lots of 💸) and I’m happy to oblige. Overall great experience and I will most certainly be integrating this place into my usual stops!

This was my go to stop for large quantities because they have TJ’s Organics in stock. That changed today and I most certainly won’t be back, y’all lost my business as a result of disorganization and lack of attention to detail. Twice I’ve visited after hearing about a sale and when I stop in, the sale is no longer offered. They sent me a July 4th text through their rewards program for a 25% off deal on top shelf offered THROUGH July 5th, but when I showed up early on the 5th, I was told the sale ended on the 4th. The first time I visited they weren’t able to offer the advertised 20% off for first time customers. Get it together, seriously. There are plenty of other pot shops that are organized and consistent in what they offer. If I were coming to buy a gram or two, I get it. However, I was looking to purchase an ounce of top shelf and visited only after receiving the deal via text. Won’t recommend this store to friends and will find my TJ’s somewhere else.

The most customer-focused shop in Seattle. If you have questions, this place is the best. I’ve been shopping for over a year and still haven’t gotten a recommendation that I wasn’t happy with. Great selection of various price ranges, but always seem to be good products. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area or if you’re looking for a road trip to see what your pot store could be doing better. This place is #1 for a reason.

I shop here regularly for the great selection. The staff steer you in the right direction most of the time, and definitely are knowledgeable about all the products they offer. The flower selection is pretty large, with lots of quality strains and growers. Doc and Yeti and Downtown Cannabis Company are the best value in my opinion but Secrets Gardens of Washington is the best bud in the shop. Lots of edible, concentrates, etc. as well - all together a great shop. Not on the low end of price, but you can shop cheaply if you need a with daily specials.

This was by far my favorite shop to visit in Portland. Great selection, awesome displays, huge menu, and tailored one-on-one service. Chris sent me in the right direction with 3 of their top quality strains (Durban Poison, Voyager 1, and SFV OG) and they did not disappoint. He answered a ton of questions I had about the differences between Washington and Oregon's industry in ways that other shops didn't seem to be able to. I'll definitely be back next visit!

This store has a professional vibe with open and well-lit displays and an diverse, updated, and well-stocked menu. Great store to have near downtown Ballard!
