Placed an online order. This order was confirmed but when I went to pick it up they didn’t have the items I requested. Drove A good distance to this location wasted time and money only to be disappointed. Never again going to shop here.

I placed an online order on the day of their Stash Dash deal at 10am and it was confirmed at 1015am ready for pickup. I left special instructions to let the staff know that I would be in later to pick it up during the sale time. When I arrived at location around 930pm the line was out the door, literally. I waiting in line for an hour and finally made it to the counter. They informed me that they did NOT have the item I requested. I was furious. I had my high hopes shattered in seconds. They told me “we don’t see the order in our system”. Which is a lie because the order was already confirmed on their system and that’s how I received my text message saying ready for pickup. If they didn’t have the item I should of been made aware. They had all day to tell me before i made the trip. I drove from Lake City to Bothell and waited in line for an hour only to be lied to. Absolutely unacceptable. Someone took the item out and gave it to themselves or someone else; either way it affected me in a bad way. I walked out and bought nothing. I advise doing the same.

Best prices hands down and on shatterday is when I stock up big time. Drive from north Seattle just to get there. I love you all.

Beautiful store but the quality in the selection is sub par. It’s bottom of the barrel quality. You do pay less here but you also have less quality. If you want better selection you’ll have to go elsewhere. If you smoke reggie this is your place.

Tried to order online. Order was rejected. Why? They didn’t actually have the item! Then they sent me a text saying they had many more options and to call them. I called! Turns out they don’t have any other options! What a head game this experience was. Not going back anytime soon after this experience.

Incredibly expensive you will pay more for the same items here over anywhere else. Selection is usually old/dry. Vendor selection isn’t the greatest either. Deal system is garbage. Do not shop here.

Thank you Matthew for having the Best attitude when it comes to helping someone as snobby as myself. I spent a lot of time just asking over and over again to see things, that I had no intention of buying, just to see if he would crack and tell me "no, you can't see it" but it never happened! Super cool and casual thank for all the help. This location has the best pricing. Hands down. The best. Thank You
