I am a loyal customer then when I come in to buy something or order it on Leafly I expect to get what I order not whatever they want to put it in my bag and that's very upsetting considering we spend $500 every two weeks with nectar they need to make sure they verify what I order

I'm upset that yesterday I was told by Rob that I needed 36points to get my hoodie went in today and spent 60$ and they say I don't have enough points to get it. I don't understand I'm heartbroken
