They dont update their website at all. I order products only to be told at pickup they are actually different than advertised, or they don’t have anything at all. Im a medical patient and the last 5 times I went, they got my order wrong. Told me it was my fault and forced me to exit the premises and said put in another order outside if you want help. So you know what, i finally told them to fuck off and I switched my dispensary. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OR ANY SUNNYSIDE LOCATION. Their service is terrible and they constantly have no idea what they are doing. All the keep saying is, I wish i could do something for you. When in reality they actually can, they could have made all of my experiences ten times better by saying im sorry, lets figure this out. Instead everytime I’m met with, “oh you didnt order this, ok please exit and come back when you get your order right” Every employee there is either racist, lazy, intolerant or downright idiotic! DO NOT BUY FROM SUNNYSIDE!!!
