The Malvern location is conveniently located off the highway. The staff is all very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been going there for over a month and I love them all! The work with you to find the best products available to help your situational needs. The waiting room is a lovely vibe with free drinks and cookies while you wait. The bathrooms are nice an large and Wheelchair Accessible. The selection is updated daily and you can always check your email for the new products or the website which is often updated daily. I highly recommend this facility if you live in Chester County, PA. They also are very accommodating when there are any issues with your product.
