Nirvana Cannabis Dispensary - S Peoria Ave

Purchased Full Spectrum Rick Simpson's Oil vial that had defective packaging. Nirvana said they couldn't replace it because it was a contolled substance. So, I called manufacturer. A guy answered the phone like you would expect your average Joe to answer by saying, "Hello," rather that saying the name of the company like any normal, legitimate business would. That was the first RED FLAG. The guy I spoke with, who makes and distributes this product, ensured me he would replace the item. He explained because of the strict laws he couldn't mail the item to me. Instead, he said he would deliver it to the dispensary with the rest of their order, and would let them know the extra vial was a replacement for me.He also stated he would notify me once he dropped off the vial. Needless to say, I never heard back from him. I called Nirvana 3-4 times but they said they knew nothing about the replacement vial. Nor did they apologize for the inconvenience, or ever offer to refund my money. The only thing I was offered was 35% off the next vial I purchased.Hmm...Now, does that sound like a good way to treat your customers? Who knows what credentials the people they buy these products have?
Summing things up....I tried calling the manufacturer back for 3 days, only to get a recording stating, " the number you are trying to reach is not available.I then contacted the owner of Nirvana only to be ccused of breaking the vial myself! I was absolutely furious by this point. I explained to him that when I twisted the "twist off cap" to open the vial portion where the oil comes out totally came apart. He immediately accused me of breaking it,and proceeded to give me laim excuses as to why he wasn't responsible for the defective product.I even explained to him that I am a disabled Veteran on a fixed income and couldn't afford to run out and buy a second vial. I also explained how poorly it would effect his business if word of this got out. Still, he refused to stand behind his merchandise, or do anything at all to rectify the situation. Instead, he had the nerve to say, "Oh, you're a Veteran? Thank you for your service." I mean really? Talk about offensive?! I know I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DISPENSARY AGAIN.And, will do my best to deter anyone else from giving them their business.
