The crew is amazing. This location would receive 5 stars but while I was at this location yesterday I was in the middle of a conversation with one of their Bud Tenders about which strains would work best for me. (which all the bud tenders are all awesome) Some gentlemen in a white button down jumped from an office and started chewing there ass's off for a consultation with me. (HEY BUDDY THAT'S WHY THEY ARE HERE.) A little more compassion/ integrity for both your Employee & Patients will go a long way. Make sure you offer every Veteran their 20% discount without having to ask for it every time. Thanks

Elivette you are a little Angel, I have not changed my CBD regimen ever and I really am glad that you helped me with this. I switched 2 weeks ago 1200+ MG of Terpene Rich CBD by NYC BOTANICS. Today I walked into the dispensary and was greeted by a great team. Their had been an issue that was not resolved during my visit today. When my AWESOME bud-tender tried everything in his power to resolve the issue at hand, The Manger never spoke with me, never talked to me and left the room. I was very shocked. Today is June 26 2019 @ 2:30 the manager working today ( No Pun intended , he was a older a gentleman I don't know the managers name) When I left this dispensary, I went to a more reliable store to spend my $400.00 and purchased what I needed. The Manager on duty today has definitely pushed me to other dispensaries (I will not be the only one) where I feel not only the bud-tenders are great, they also have genuine compassionate relief for all their patients.

The manager was so rude. I went into their dispensary and asked for Lemon Skunk, that was last week. Even though it was available online that it was in stock. I called this morning and asked the Manager to please take down that the product is "Available" when its not. She literally laughed at me and told me to check the other stores. Menu is "UPDATED DAILY" PRODUCTS ARE NOT REALLY IN STOCK AS THEIR ONLINE MENU SAYS. WILL I BE COMING BACK....? ONLY IF EVERY OTHER DISPENSARY HERE IN SAN JUAN AREA WAS CLOSED

Yes.... You were right. DORADO has crazy traffic. But I always enjoy my coastline view as I’m visiting One of my favorite dispensaries.

Look I need CBD oil and they ran out of the Knox CBD ringos gold. I had to travel 30 miles out of my way to another dispensary (no not knox dispensary the carry Knox products.) to purchase exactly what I needed from Knox. So disappointing.( Moved from Florida where they have Knox dispensaries all over and they NEVER run out of Medical CBD oil.") Also where is Perla? Why has it not been introduced to the PR market.
