Went to EarthMed for the first time this week. I placed an order online to ensure that I got what I wanted. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Had to fill out some paperwork since it was my first time. Many other dispensaries don't have you do that. I like that EarthMed had me complete some information to get to know me and my needs as a medical patient. Downfall was that when I went to the window to pick up my order, no one was at the window. Many people walked by and were helping other customers. Finally someone asked if I had been helped yet and since I had not, they helped me. Overall it was a good experience. I also like there point system/benefits to medical patients. Keep up the great work.

Even though I like the staff and product, the wait that medical has seems crazy. Medical should be given priority and maybe earlier hours of beginning at 9am and have recreational wait until 10am or 11am. Could use more flower and better variety. i have been going to a different dispensary recently because they have a better selection of flower.
