Well I asked why they don’t put tamper proof lids or covers on their flower products. And said how do I know these weigh. So got home of the 2 eighths I bought neither one weighed between the two it was a half of gram short. I immediately called but was told I would have to drive the 30 miles back to the store. To do anything about even with pictures. I highly recommend bringing your scale to the store if buying flower. As that is the only way to get your actual purchased amount. You would think as this is a medication that I have to get a prescription for they would actually sell the correct weights. Guess Surterra thinks they don’t have to or are out right ripping us off. There is no excuse for light flower when you pay for something you are to get what you paid for. If anything it should be over to guarantee what they are putting in the registry is correct, as currently it is not.

I use this store as my delivery store. I use Ocala for in store purchases. This store has screwed up my order on several occasions. Ocala alway has to fix. The one time blue dream came in I ordered a Half two hours before they closed on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and then never filled on Friday, which was Black Friday. Then called me to say that they no longer had my order in stock and was substituting a lesser flower in its place yet was charged price of blue dream. After dealing with corporate and store manger we finally came to agreement. But I never did get my order of blue dream and just two days ago received an email from Curaleaf saying it was filled. Not good. As far as Atmosphere I have never been in store only delivery from this location. But three times have had issues over 5 months.

Very clean, always nice. Very knowledgeable. But bud is few and far between and when they do get it. It runs out in hours. But the Live Eesin is Awesome as well as some of the bud if you can get it. I always shop there. Great deals throughout the year as well. Selection is great except for flower.

Ok I have tried this strain now from Curaleaf was much better than the Member Berry from Truleave. I enjoyed how long the effects lasted. It was both helpful with stress and pain. For several hours. Great taste. I don’t know what Truleave delivered but it wasn’t the same.

I first used them and the flower was good. Do used delivery so can’t really say about store and atmosphere. Service once I actually got through on phone was pretty good. I would recommend. They just need to work on actually having flower in stock and keeping the current stock updated for the patients. It is unfortunate to finally get through and then they never have what you called to get. It is hit or miss but if you can get what you actually called for it is usually a flower.

Only used delivery. Was biggest Mistake of my Life. Not only did they not deliver when promised they were in process of canceling my order yet still add it to the registry if I had not caught that, they most likely would have never even delivered. Yes that’s right they entered my order as filled with the state MMJ registry yet never delivered it and were cancelling the order. When I contact them about this they sent a driver out with my order finally who broke down in my driveway blocking me in on Halloween. Was stuck there for over 3 and 1/2 hrs. I was charged full delivery price. And full price in order less first time discount. Was told on next order I was to get free delivery and a 20% discount in next order yet everytime I login everything I select is out of stock or not for delivery. His is the type of business trulieve is. They are a joke. The I had ordered 2 GSC which were both light and weighed only 3.2 and 2 member berry which one of them was 3.2 and one was 4.2 and was some of the worst flower I have seen. The GSC was very good but as I said was light. I contacted them about the issue and receive an email back say my order had been canceled after it was entered into the registry and was delivered but it was canceled. So use at your own peril. I do not recommend this company to my worst enemy. One star if I could give no starts I would. Complete joke I recommend any other dispensary but trulieve
