Normally I've had great experiences with bloom until my most recent visit where I was tip shamed and told "maybe you'll think of the bud tenders next time" in a awful tone because I paid with card and didn't have cash on me. Sorry I've not been to the bank in two weeks. I get that its stressful right now but thats no reason to be condescending to your customers. I'm a medical patient too, and there are plenty of dispos I've been to that don't even accept tips because they treat it like a pharmacy where you wouldn't tip your pharmacist, personally I like to tip and have always done so when I come inside but because I forget a tip once on pick up I'm treated with snark and made to feel bad? I honestly don't think I'll come back any time soon even though you guys have been my go-to.
