I placed an online order and received email confirmation saying my order would be ready in 3 hours and they would only call if there's a problem. I showed up 5 hours later to pick up my order and they asked if I got a call. I said no and was told they were behind on processing so he would put me in line like a walk in. He also told me to always wait for my phone call. I told him that's the opposite of the email instructions and he began explaining "we like to go above and beyond," and "that's for corporate," "we don't require you to print out your confirmation like other places." What?? Last time I ordered online then received a call telling me they sold out before getting to my order. The guy in the alley is more reliable!
