Nirvana Center - West Phoenix

so I made a pre-order around 2pm and gave it a full hour before picking up, upon arriving I check in with a the person in the front desk and decide to take the seat in front of reception, she checked in 5 people after me and they ALL went BEFORE me and I waited 30 minutes for a pre-order I made an hour prior to visiting and making me late for work. I was highly upset with the poor service here, it has not been my first issue here.
