Having supervised personnel during my career, I recommend you get your employees' "rear in gear" to double or even triple their speed in processing orders. Even the express line is painfully slow. Their leisurely pace and excessive socializing is amateurish and bogging down business to the point that its like trying to deal with a bunch of "stoners". Tell them to perform professionally or go home. They're losing customers who are simply giving up and leaving.
