I've been here as both a recreational and medical customer and I feel like there is more available to recreational. When you first arrive with medical card you feel special with parking and skipping the long line to go to different area. But then there's really no display or list of products and prices. Most staff don't even refer to specials or discounts when I am struggling to make a purchase with my budget. The last few times I have gone I left empty handed as the medical inventory was out of everything I needed. They had the product on Recreational side 3 ft away but not available to they medical side, which means I would have to pay more for it on the other side when it was physically in my sight. I felt denied relief as a medical patient. I also feel the medical customers should have some stronger products than recreational. It is a lot of money to have to constantly spend especially when products aren't medical strength. If you're buying recreational this is a great place, but medically there are other places with a larger inventory around. And usually if you can see a product, you can buy it.

Very accessible, close to home and parking right near entrance. There has never been a line and the security and professionalism make what used to be taboo feel very normal. Staff made sure I was aware of any discounts or assistance I qualified for and supplied me with resources since I will be a return customer due to chronic pain and an injury. I always have several random questions and staff are always very patient as I decide my best purchase for my budget. I am excited to try out their new exclusive products coming soon! Thanks for the relief guys! My only suggestions would be to accept debit cards just for convenience reasons and my limited mobility. And this last one I'm sure isn't possible, but my biggest issue is I can only go when I have childcare which is not very often so it would be amazing if you had an order ahead and deliver to car service! Again I'm sure not possible!
