With the boom and "bust cycles that Toronto's dispensaries have faced, it's no surprise that quality, atmosphere and service have suffered proportionately. The exception so far, has been MMJ. As a community, we should expect this level of quality from our dispensaries. Other storefronts should aspire to offer their pricing and quality. There's always room for improvement, but MMJ is ahead of the pack, and helping to set a new standard in Toronto. 91/100

Greeted by a cozy upscale environment, you know you've stepped into a serious medical dispensary. Their selection of strains, and focus on quality make Green Jar a stand out dispensary in Toronto's 'green market. What's most impressive [IMO], is their attention to strain selection. Other dispensaries may have overwhelming selection on their side, but GJ has treatment efficacy on theirs. Small scale, quad grade, local, health oriented cannabis will keep me coming back!

The first time I've been impressed by atmosphere, selection, and professionalism, was my first visit to TTD. Being a bit of a nerd I thought I knew lots about chemical composition and how it applies to cannabis, I was gitty with knowledge as their friendly staff patiently entertained my questions. I came away with well packaged, top quality flowers that had exactly the effect described and expected. Shop around, register yourself with many dispensaries, compare and contrast with TTD, and I'm sure you'll conclude, this is Toronto's pinnacle medical marijuana dispensary!

A typical retail environment that's a departure from what dispensaries are known for, ie. their exclusivity. What you theoretically loose in quality, is quickly made up for by ease of access! The staff is fairly knowledgeable, but not pretentious. And, though they may be one step away from common dealers, it's one giant step. The idea that marijuana is ONLY a medicine is a joke, and pretending otherwise is as damaging (or more) to the cause of normalization as the watering down of what it means to be a 'patient'. I don't give these guys top marks for anything, but I appreciate their contribution to the national and global conversation we seem to have started. (ps. Suggesting people return to their street dealers instead of this, is irresponsible)
