I have an essential tremor that has increased in severity over time. I have tried pharmaceuticals that were ineffective in treating this malady. I was unable to eat in public because my hands shook too hard to be able to keep food on a fork or a spoon. After a few weeks of using this product, this is no longer an issue for me. Also has helped to manage headaches. Highly recommend.
