Quality and atmosphere are great..service .wow...Everytime I go..something is wrong with my order...this has been my fourth time going and my order is wrong again. Lol. It's not that hard I'm sorry but....smh. yikes...
This review im giving one star...alot of dispensaries have horrible pre-rolls but this place takes the cake. I have bought the 5 pre rolls for $20 deal. The only issue is..is that almost half the pre rolls ive recieved have had seeds!!! Not a very pleasant surprise when u reach that seed. Nasty. Poor quality almost reggies quality pre rolls pieces of stems and seeds! No good! Spend ur money on a different product here!
The following is my first time experience with this dispensary: I go in on a Friday 7-5-2019 with my sale all planned out..in fact I actually placed 2 pre orders ahead of time (1 on accident)..with tax and all it should have been about 140 plus the buy one get ones as the special said as well as the free weed Friday over 125 deal. for some reason my total came to 188 instead of 140 as I planned the budtender went over the order twice and said it was correct so I took 2 items off and my total was still a bit high and I assumed maybe my math was off..so I get home and look everything over and he charged me 36 for BOGO sale item that I did not get nor did I get the free one..so I called the shop and spoke with them and after research the issue they found the issue to be valid and they said I can have a refund as well as a free product of the same time and a pre roll...but then today I get around to opening one of the products which is a PURAEARTH vape cartridge that was tape sealed and the thing is HALF EMPTY! I paid for a HALF EMPTY PRODUCT? not the best first impression.
