OK I come into the dispensary maybe once a month, and every time I have come in there is some sort of issue! This time I got told I wasn’t allowed to add onto a Leafly order when I’ve never been told that before! And she made it like she was doing me a big favor by adding the one item on to my order. But it’s OK for them to tell me my order is ready when they multiple times have not had certain items on my order which they said were on their menu or available and when I show up and find out about this then it’s OK for me to add on to a Leafly order, I don’t understand that.. also every time I have picked up my order I feel like the person doing the pick up orders is always in a bad mood. No matter what time of day I come. And literally every time I have come they have told me that I might not be able to use my points because the “system is down” (about 4 months now) but then magically works. But it’s like they are annoyed that I even ask about using my points! I’ve been coming to the dispensary since it first opened and honestly I feel like it has gone from a fun place to a place with not very good vibes. That’s why I only come once a month anymore if that. They do have a great selection but that’s about it and don’t even think about trying to be able to make a Leafly order with a promo going on because 90% of the time they either won’t have half your order or it will be sold out by noon I’ve literally only gotten one mpx promo where they actually had my entire order with nothing missing. Just wish this place would leave a better taste in my mouth about customer service.
